How to Add Signature to Windows Mail

Hey friends, today I am going to introduce and help you to setup the Signature feature provided in Mail app by Microsoft Windows. For a native Windows user, Mail is a brilliant app and over years it has grabbed popularity and gained many active users.

To understand the Signature feature, firstly you must remember the structure of email sent by mail app. Below is given an image of a prototype to ping your nerves to remember.

 By default, this feature adds a phrase at the foot of your e-mail providing quick info about your device to your receiver(device info text is not shown in the above image). But for quenching the thirst of customisation I am here going to change it. So, why to wait, let's get started.......

<1> Firstly open Mail app.........It's silly asking you to do so but don't mind my habit.

<2> Go to setting........In case if you can't find its icon - search it on the lower left corner or see the screenshot

As soon as you click on setting icon, a panel (similar to charms bar in Windows 8) will peek from the extreme right of your screen.

<3> Find Signature setting from the list of the panel. Look screenshot below for more help.

 <4> Enter any textual value in the textbox provided there and you are ready to finish.

I case you can't find anything in the footer of your email that you call as a Signature or at the fourth step you can't find any textbox, then you have this feature disabled. To enable this follow above three steps and toggle the option that enables the Signature.
